Donation Requests

Old Creamery Theatre is proud to be an active and supportive member of our community by contributing over $10,000 worth of free tickets each year to other local organizations' fundraising efforts. To submit a donation request, please email donationrequests@oldcreamery.com with the name of your organization in the subject line.

Please submit your request at least 30 days in advance of your event.

Donation requests will be honored through ticket vouchers to our Main Stage or Theatre for Young Audiences Season.

To Request A Donation

• Requests must include the following: organization name, address, phone number and non-profit ID number; event name and date; contact's name address, and phone number; and date by which you need to receive the donation. Please also include a brief description of your organization’s mission and event, as well as an explanation of how you plan to use the money raised through your event.

• Requests should be submitted on your organization's letterhead. If your organization does not have a letterhead, please include a scanned PDF of a flyer for your event or drop off a copy at the theatre in person.

Terms and Conditions

• Ticket vouchers have no cash value

• Ticket vouchers must be redeemed either in person or over the phone, and cannot be redeemed online

• Ticket vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed

• Ticket vouchers must be surrendered prior to selected performance

• Admission to special events not included
