J. Morgan Shaffo

J. Morgan Shaffo is an Ohio born, Kentucky raised lady that is excited to explore Iowa and the OCT for the first time! She fell in love with musical theatre when her parents took her to see Grease at age 5, hoping that she wouldn't understand the dirty jokes. It took a couple of years, but she got them, MOM! She's now thrilled to be a part of the show that fascinated her as a child. She is also looking forward to spreading the love of theatre through Camp Creamery! She is a grad of Western Kentucky University with a BFA in Musical Theatre. Some of her favorite roles from her time in Kentucky include, Carmen Berstein in Curtains, Effy Krayneck in The Spitfire Grill and Adriana in Comedy of Errors. She has also worked at Blue Gate Musicals in Pennsylvania's Amish country, playing the Amish wife to the title character in Josiah For President and at Flat Rock Playhouse in North Carolina where she has worked alongside Equity actors in great shows like Les Mis, My Fair Lady and Evita.
