Tom Schwans returns to The Creamery for what will be his 11th season. Tom was a company member and Associate Artistic Director from 1999 to 2004. He directed Amadeus, 1940’s Radio Hour, Nuncrackers,, Last Train to Nibroc, Moonlinght & Magnolias, and Cash on Delivery. Creamery audiences may remember his performances in The Rainmaker (Starbuck), Elephant Man, Stones In His Pockets, Tuna Does Vegas and countless farces. Tom Schwans is currently a professional actor, director, and teacher in New York City and the Co-Founder of The Guerrilla Shakespeare Project (Nominated for 4 New York Innovative Theatre Awards). He is also an adjunct professor at Fairfield University, Quinnipiac University, and Southern Connecticut State. In his spare time (really), Tom can be found playing Trivial Pursuit or bar trivia with anyone willing to challenge him. Tom Schwans holds a BA from Minnesota State University Moorhead and an MFA from Brown University/Trinity Rep.
