Jim is a veteran actor who makes his home in Brooklyn, NY and is returning to The Creamery after a nine-year hiatus. In 1995 he played Hoke Coburn in the Creamery's Driving Miss Daisy. Other favorite roles include Bro. Boxer in Amen Corner and Troy, Gabe, and Bono in three separate productions of Fences. Jim is an active member of The Hadley Players Theatre Co. based in Harlem, NY and has studied at the Frederick Douglass Creative Arts Center and HB Studio. He claims he is "possibly the best chef Brooklyn ever sent to Amana" and he’d like to thank Tom for inviting him back to Amana.
