This is Elizabeth Higbee's debut with The Old Creamery. Originally from Tonganoxie, Kansas, she attended Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance. She recently played the Evil Queen in Snow White and the Seven Dwarves at Prairie Fire Children's Theatre as well as The Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz. Her favorite roles so far have been The Nurse in Romeo and Juliet, Sarah in The Norman Conquests, Little Beck Two-Shoes in Urinetown, and Busty Quivers in Finnegan's Farewell. She thanks her parents and brother for all their support.
