Hannah is a seventh-generation traditional folk fiddler and classically-trained violinist.  Her musical career began at the age of 12, when she was invited to performat the Smithsonian Institute’s, ‘Festival of American Folklife’. Since then, she has also appeared on the NPR program, ‘From the Top’, featured as a young, versatile string player comfortable in a variety of musical genres. As a graduate of the Preucil School of Music, Ms. Drollinger has performed with the Southeast Iowa, Dubuque, Waterloo-Cedar Falls and Cedar Rapids Symphonies. Her playing can be heard on the recording, ‘Rose in the Morning,’ alongside her father and fellow musician, Guy Drollinger.
