Q: I have a coupon to use, how do I use it?

A: To qualify for our discounted student ticket price, students can be elementary, high school, or college students. College students should present a student ID at the box office when picking up tickets.

A: If you’re a student, whether it’s elementary, high school, or college, if you show up 30 minutes early to one of our main stage performances and there is a seat available, you can get a ticket for only $12. Just show up 30 minutes early and get a huge discount deal. So, for example if a show opens at 7:30 on a Friday night at our Main Stage and a student shows up at 7 pm and buys a ticket right then and there, it’s only $12.
Q: Can I purchase student tickets online?
A: Student tickets are not available for purchase online. They must be purchased over the phone or in person at the box office. College students must present a valid student ID at the time of pick-up.
Q: Do you offer a senior citizen discount?
A: While we do not offer a senior citizen discount please click HERE to view different options for discount ticket packages.
Q: When I order tickets online, what does the seating chart look like?
A: See below for a seating chart of the Old Creamery's Main Stage. Row A is the row closest to the stage, whereas Row M is the farthest from the stage. Row A's height is level with the stage. The green dots, which may appear yellow on some screens, indicate available seats. The seats will turn white or black when they are purchased and therefore made unavailable. The seating chart below indicates that every single seat is currently unsold and available for purchase.
