Children Attending Performances
Out of courtesy for our patrons and performers, children under six years of age are not allowed to attend regular Main Stage performances. However, children of all ages are invited to attend any of our Theatre for Young Audiences performances. Children attending Theatre for Young Audiences productions that are under the age of 12 months do not need a ticket but they must sit in an adult's lap.

Show Ratings
Not all shows are appropriate for everyone, so we provide a rating for each production. Our ratings are only a suggestion, as we recognize art is highly subjective. Please call the box office if you have questions or need help deciding what shows are suitable for you and your family.
THEATRE G: Suitable for all ages.
THEATRE PG: May not be suitable for children under 10.
THEATRE PG13: Language and/or situations may be more mature than some audience members prefer.
THEATRE R: Language and/or situations for mature audiences only.

Reservations
All phone and online orders must be charged to a credit card and paid in full before tickets will be mailed or held for pick up.

Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds on ticket purchases. If a performance is cancelled, arrangements will be made to refund all ticket holders. Tickets may be exchanged from one performance to another performance of the same production at no charge if the exchange takes place at least 24 hours before the original performance. Exchanges are based on seating availability. Tickets may not be exchanged between two different productions.

At the show
Our performances begin promptly at the stated curtain time. We ask that you turn off all pagers, watch alarms, and cellular phones. No photography or recording of any kind is permitted during performances. We do not hold the curtain for latecomers. Parties arriving late may have to wait until intermission to be seated or may be seated in the back. Wheelchair seating is available; please inform the box office of your needs.
